Jan also delivers prescriptions to my retired residents and is always courteous, respectful and compassionate; often going out of her way to ensure they have their prescriptions. Fantastic service from Wallis Jones despite the awful instructions/ data they received from the nearby doctors. They always go the extra mile and do their best at all times. The owner and staff are super friendly and easy to deal with. Any complications were always the fault of the doctors confusing things. Very happy with the pharmacist !!

My household all get their prescriptions here and ours are always on time and have everything. Sogol is fantastic and such a friendly person to have as soon as you walk in, and she actually listens to you and engages in conversation as she’ll ask about something you mentioned next time you see her, which makes you feel like she really cares and actual wants to help you out. The usual pharmacist here is super helpful too, especially when I am sure we’ve asked a hundred questions!

I have used the Hinchley Wood Pharmacy for some time. I have always found the staff to be helpful and polite. I was somewhat surprised to read the recent critical reviews which have been posted as that has not been my experience when using the Pharmacy. The Pharmacists have always been very helpful when I have sought advice, which has usually avoided the need to consult my GP. The counter staff are always helpful in locating products and if they are not sure if a product is appropriate they will always check with the Pharmacists. Overall I think the Pharmacists and staff provide a very good service and that the service they provide is of great benefit to the local community.

I disagree with with the some of the reviews that are made as the salary the staff are given is between the management and staff and we have no proof as to how much someone was getting paid anyone can make up a figure! I have been going to Wallis Jones pharmacy for over one year now and I’ve not had such a negative experience. Infact staff have always given me a warm welcome and have greeted me as they have got to know me. I cannot doubt their customer skills one bit. Thanks Walis Jones for serving me well and I understand that you as very busy but it’s nice that you also make time to interact with your patients. Keep up the good work!!
